During my visit to Mexico in the summer, I encountered the stark reality of the poverty in which many young children live. Despite their challenging circumstances, their resilience and positive spirit were remarkable, always greeting the world with a smile. Moved by their situation, I returned during Christmas to support families who were struggling. My contributions included paying for their groceries, providing clothing, and gifting children toys and art supplies. Recent statistics indicate that approximately 44.2 percent of Mexico's population lives below the poverty line.
